So far, this is my favourite moment in the firestorm surrounding the possible sexual assault charges against Julian Assange: In an apparent effort to bolster the public image of his client, lawyer Mark Stephens declared that Assange wasn’t charged with “rape” he was merely charged with something called “sex by surprise”.
